hello all this is my first post on my 149... when I purchased this I got the tiller, tractor and front mule drive...question is this did cub have 2 different mule drive depending on app... mine has on the right hand side a spring loaded pulley and on left side just flops around. I saw on google search that the tiller drive has two bolts coming out for tensioners ???? im going to try and post pics... I believe its a 1 1a tiller. numbers are gone.... thanks for the help chris

You replace the spring with an adjustable rod with a nut just like is on the other side. Then go back to the spring when you use the mower deck. Or you buy a second mule drive and set it up specifically for the tiller.
