Tim,
The sentiment is mutual. I have watched your threads/posts and have learned a lot about cubs from you. Most of all, I like the way that you are not afraid to think outside the hypercube (you are definitely beyond 2 dimensional, so no sense in saying the trite expression "box"). Your imagination is creative, which is reflected in your cubs paint jobs and mods. Kind of neat how everyone helps each other out here and the forum keeps getting better. Thanks for reminding us of this! ![]() Cub Cadet 123

Thank you for the comments Cub Cadet 123 and Captaindemo17.
Also, let us not fail to mention our vendors/sponsors who sell parts to keep our machines going. Thank You for what you do! We appreciate you! Our hobby would eventually die out if we could not get parts to keep our machines running. And,Thank You Mr.Bedell for the very helpful technical and wiring diagram contributions. They have been very helpful many times. I am inspired by the knowledge, creativity and ability of all you guys here on the forum. You are amazing. THANKS!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
