Default 1864 Tail Lights

Anyone have a part number for a tail light bulb that can be picked up at the local parts store? The Cub number is 725-3020. Id hate to have to pay shipping for $3 worth of bulbs if I can pick them up down the street.

Take one of your old bulbs to the local auto parts store, I'm sure they can match it for you.

I don't have an old bulb. It didn't have any lights when I bought it. Lew hooked me up with all the connectors that I needed but I have yet to get bulbs.

Thanks George!

Good now go and replace the mags and get it running. You don't need to worry about tail lights on something that won't run. Just busting.

Lol, they didn't show up today so I spent all day putting the 2165 back together and took a minute to finish up the taillights on the 1864.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
