Todays pickup was good
I picked up a MTD 1641, came with a 48" deck with a seized spindle, crack on the nose, and side panes are missing the top tabs. It 940 hrs on the clock. I heard it run, but it shuts off after a few minutes, maybe a fuel shutoff on the carb. Looks to have been always stored inside.

Thanks guys.
Well it runs now,someone didn't tighten the nuts on the valve cover that supplies vacuum to the fuel pump. Tight now and some new hose and it is fine now. There is a 5 sec delay before it turns off after turing off the key off.

Kill wire circuit isn't working properly. it's shutting off with the fuel shut down solenoid.
