Default Stripped threads on carb on k241
has anyone had to retap threads on carb ,the 3 holes that hold the air cleaner base on .

Yep, got a carb. that is all the way to 1/4- 20

Just go up 1 size from what stripped out. Maybe even metric.

I've been using 10-32 heli coils. there's enough room to put them in safely

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
