Default Fuel Pump on my cub?
Alright guys, stupid question, do the kohlers on cubs have a fuel pump? The motor i have does but every other one ive looked at has a place for one but its capped off, so do i need a fuel pump or not?

The only one's I've noticed with pumps are the magnums.

Sounds like the original engine was replaced.

As best as I know, the K series singles "could" have a fuel pump but were not specified for Cub Cadet use.

Starting with KT series motors and newer, the fuel pump was used on Cub Cadet tractors.

Could you add a small electric fuel pump to a K series motor without pumping to much fuel?

I am planning on adding a remote fuel tank to my 129.

Mine had the factory pump but I think it was filled with rust from the dirty tank..
