Default IH Spring Tooth

Hey guys,

Is the spring tooth in the picture I attached an actual IH model or did somebody just paint it in the cub cadet colors? I couldn't find anything online. Also how much do you think that whole package in the picture is worth?

Thanks,

GC

Yeah I know that it doesn't have a coulter. I was wondering if I could find one or fab one up. I think he's asking too much money for the items though, I just wanted to see what you guys think it's worth.

???

Plow has to be worth at least $75.00 if it isn't bent or anything, assuming the share is in decent shape. Spring tooth....I personally would pay likel $150 or so for it tops. A-frame.....likely worth $75.00 as well, but it is useless to me, I don't have a 3pth hitch :biggrin2.gif:

Just wondering....the more I look at that...isn't that plow a 12"? If so I would change my price to like $150 since it doesn't have the coulter and if it was really a 12"?

If you're asking to set a price for selling, I'd sell it all individually. But $75 would be realistic for the plow, you could try 50-75 for the 3pt "A" frame, and I'd guess 80-100 for the culti..

Haven't had a chance to get on here lately. He was asking 250 for all. It's still for sale so I'll wait a while and see if it drops.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
