Hey how's it going guys!!!!
Guys, I have this very nice coffee percolator that one of my Aunts gave me some time ago. I would love to start using it but it's missing the power cord. I can't find anyone that stocks the power cord for this percolator. I was wondering if anyone might have an idea where I might be able to find one. The percolator is a: Flavo-Matic 8 cup Automatic Percolator and is manufactured by West Bend Aluminum Company. Here are some pics of it. ![]() ![]()

Say Cub61,
Does that pot still have the ceramic around the tube? I know they used to get broke a lot. This winter I bought a 6 cup pot that uses the stove for heat. My plan is to use it in our vintage travel trailer we restored. It makes a nice cup of Joe. Mich60

Hey Mich60!!!! How's it going good buddy!!!!
Actually it still does have the ceramic around the tube. By the way, what causes the ceramic to break anyway???? Just want to know, that way I won't break mine. One more thing, that 6 cup coffee pot does make some darn good coffee. My Dad has one just like yours, and when we all go on a fishing trip he always makes sure to pack the coffee pot and the camping stoves. There's nothing like drinking a hot cup of coffee next to the lake in the early morning hours and getting ready for another day of fishing. Take care good buddy!!!!

You are not kidding about the camping!! The first camping trip I took my wife and kids on was at a lake called almanor, its in northern California.we would brew some Coffey on a peculator,we put it on the camp stove and heated it up no electricity! man that was the best Coffey we ever had,Even with all the grounds in it,LOL.It was cold and we would get up before the kids and drink Coffey watching the sun come up over the lake.It took us a few trys to get it so we wouldn't get grounds in it,we like our Coffey relay strong.I kid with her and tell her I'm going to bring the camp stove out and brew some Coffey on the kitchen counter!! Take care Jason |

I can't say way they break and what its even for. I was looking for one a while back and I noticed that almost all had the ceramic broken off the tubes. I guess from dropping them.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
