Putting the 149 to good use
Saved a 149 from the scrapyard earlier this year. Needed a seat, new hood, head gasket and the usual maintenance. Finally got around to these things and gave it to a friend of mine who has a bunch of grandkids. I pieced it together from parts laying around. All I had in it was a head gasket and carb kit. Best $20 I've ever spent. They love that tractor!

That is what started my hobby was the memory of dad pulling my brothers, sisters and me around in a wagon! Hopefully, some white snow will fall and the wagon can be replaced with a sled or toboggan for more great memories! As you already said, best $20 you spent.......but to them, "Priceless!"
