Default Help with snowblower hookup!!

Hey guys, I just joined the forum and I just started buying Cub Cadets!!

Anyway, I have a 3205 and I want to hook up a snow blower. When I look up on partstree.com for a hitch I am unsure of which hitch I need for a shaft driven setup like my 3205.

I have the 190-353-100 blower but it has a pulley setup for a belt...Please help

Thanks in advance

Looks like you need a 190-343-100 hitch. I've never seen one so I'm not sure. I don't see a belt setup for your blower. Can you post pics of what you have?

That blower is not for the 3000 series. Looks like a 2000 series blower.

Yep pretty sure what you have is a 190-340-100 blower for a 2000 series.

How did you come up with the 190-353-100 number for your blower? Did you buy the tractor and blower from the same person?

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
