What ever it was it had the area all screwed up. Stores couldn't run credit cards. Lots of unhappy customers. Century Stink sucks but I have no other options out here in Podunk land short of satellite .

How weird is that, ours has been off more than on all evening. Centurylink, crap. I called the service department one time and told the guy. Hey, thought we were paying for "hi-speed", He comes back with, well your lucky you have interweb at all.
I said, well how can it be sped up. He said, move to town. No thanks, would go without before I did that...

I have a Verizon "black box" (hot spot). If the phones work, it works. I have no there choice. Only phone lines here are copper, and no cable (in the country). Satellite would be the only other choice. Price for Verizon.... $$!! But, they just came out with an unlimited plan. Worth looking into Sam.

I have CenturyStink also, and I agree with all of what has been said. In my area it is oversold and there is limited bandwidth. When there is a lot of activity the speed slows down. Seems odd to me, the monthly bill doesn't slow (decrease or lower) down when the speed does....

Yes and I am in the same boat Sam...we were paying the our Provider $68 a month for their DSL package and the only time I could even get close to the speeds I was paying for was at 3 in the morning. Their techs were at my house numerous times and admitted that they have a capacity issue but the company won't fix it. I bit the bullet and went to Satellite and it is the worst thing ever. Worse than Dial-up I tell you!!!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
