Well I’ll bite Roland. I’m no “cyclops guy” like Mr. McCleary or Mr. Palma but do own it’s diesel brother, a 1782. It’s issues are a bad deck sub frame because of carrying the 60 inch Haban too much, past loose rear end mount bolts, and a leaking hydro input shaft seal due to wobbly drive shaft that ate up splines on the input due to loose 10mm bolt. Plastic panels have broken mount tabs from impact in the past. But I’m sure you’ve read plenty on here from everyone. Kubota gasser I’ve heard has plenty of power. Make sure to clean radiator screen as it clogs a lot. Nice low hours on the one you’re talking about. Mine has twice that......

Love it though, great SGT, one of the last and the best.

How’s the price?

I guess you mean this one?

Well I saw a bunch of views and no one was answering so I figured I would try.

The price seems a little high but not much. Just my $.02

Got any pictures?

I have a problem with only 608 hours on a 20+ year old tractor, we are only talking about 30 or so hours per year. Let's see some pics. Problem areas are broken trans mounts and the water pumpers tended to over heat. BTDT.

Blade with hydraulic cylinder is $4-500 depending on condition. If it is mated to the tractor than the tractor has dual hydraulics. Not seen everyday on the cyclops tractors.

Chisel them down to $1800 if it is real nice or less for any flaws.

The plastic side panels for the Kubota models are NLA.

The wiring can atrocious.

I have more than that in time and labor on the tractor in the thread below.

Default Cyclops

I have no experience with the Kubota end of it.
but
I love using my 2084, the power steering is awesome and it is very well built overall. most of the work I've done to mine has been on the engine (Kohler) with almost 1300 hours the rest of the machine has held up well

my only bitch about the thing is the plastic hood and side panels, what a horrible idea.

as for 600 hours, why not? I have 1/2 acre lot that if all I did was mow I'd only put on about 30 hours a year mowing, maybe less.

If it’s really nice shape it could have that low hours.
It better be nice for that money.
A smoother, quieter, mower would be hard to find. I will ruffle a few feathers by saying, “better than a diesel”. More hp, doesn’t rattle, no tricks to cold weather starting, easier on the drive train.
They do need rear braces though.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
