You can use 3/8" tubing (ie: 3/8" steel brake line) and the respective fittings.

People usually cut off the inverted nut brake line fittings,
and put on Parker type *37 flair fittings.( they are standard Hyd fittings) if you have a Parker store near you they can help. Also places like Ebay but you need to know what you need there to order. it would be helpful if we knew what you are trying to do? if just splicing a line, or adding other things needing to plumb a system
