Howdy from Eden NY
Hi, recently my son picked up a 1720 cub cadet. I know it isn't the most reliable/loved machine, but she runs and drives on her own and she was really cheap. Figured it would be a learning experience for my 14yr old son. I'm sure I'll be looking for parts and whatnot eventually. Go easy on me, lol.

Welcome to OCC! I have a 1320, same tractor but with a smaller engine. They are alright for cutting grass, and maybe occasionally towing a small cart. Better than any of the modern lawn tractors. Just don’t abuse it and it will be fine. They are pretty easy to work on too, a good one to teach your son with. Post some pictures of it!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
