Default vertical exhaust

Hello everyone and Happy New Year. I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. I was looking to put a vertical exhaust on my new to me Spirit of 76 tractor. A gentlemen at the threshing show I met in August said that Fleet Farm has some but I have not found any when searching. Anything after market that you have had success with I would appreciate it. Thank you, Chris

Tractor supply sells Stanley mufflers, but it is for the muffler, you will have to fab up a way to connect it to the briggs engine though. Does it have a cigar style one on it?

It does not have have one. The inlets for the Stanley mufflers are 2 and 3/4 inches. Does anyone know the size coming off the engine so that I could buy the pipes? Thank you, Chris

I know that you didn't ask for my opinion but I'll give it in case you hadn't considered...
If you like to keep a cover on your favorite tractor, the vertical stack sticking up in the air prevents the cover from fitting nicely and securely.
And....
A vertical stack on small tractors exits the exhaust at the perfect level for face time. (i.e. fumes in eyes and nose)

And (due to inflation and the penny not being made anymore)I'll add my $.05

An unsupported stack puts undue stress on the pipe/block area.
Also takes away from the originality of the cute little tractor.

But one should not be swayed against their own feelings/desires.
That said:
I'm older than dirt with severe ringing in the ears because of loud noises, like rock music in the late 50's/60's, farm tractors, expansion chambers on 2 strokes and
industrial noise, did my ears no favors.
I hear no crickets, or high bird chirps and a normal conversation in a noisy evviroment or the like, cant be heard.
Hearing aids are useless only making the noise louder.
Just my unsolisted experience.

I do appreciate the suggestions. I have a vertical straight pipe on my Quietline and yest it is very loud. As my neighbors say it scares the trees away. I do like the look of the vertical exhaust with rain cap on these little tractors.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
