That's great news. Unfortunately, for some reason, my company blocks access to that site. Don't know why, but at least I can get to it from home.

Thank you Roland, for all the hard work you've put into making this project come to life.

Since we were kids my Brother and I have been finding the "weak spots" in nearly everything we've ever owned, and then building it back, better and stronger than it was from the factory.

Our late Father, a machinist, took the time to fill our heads with years of guidance and knowhow. Our shop and much of our experience has come from nearly 40 years of rebuilding and repairing both old equipment that has worn out and new equipment that just didn't hold up.

For over 20 years, that is the main reason I've chosen Cub Cadets as my outdoor power equipment of choice; Less down time and more time to get the work done!

Unfortunately, these old machines are starting to wear out and more and more parts are becoming NLA, the future of our old Cubs will someday be dependent on shops like mine to reproduce parts for the greatest Lawn and Garden tractors ever produced.

With limited time, my website reflects very little of our services and I'm working on new products as time allows.

For now, to keep things simple, If you need one made or if you need one repaired, send me an email, if I can't fix you up, I'll do my best to point you in the right direction.

Please help me in my quest to keep these great little tractors in service and out of the scrap pile.

Heller1m@yahoo.com

And thank you to all my fellow Cubbers.

A heartfelt thank you to you Yosemite Sam, and to all our sponsors here at Only Cub Cadets. We never say it enough.

By the way where is Medora? I am originally from Bureau County near Princeton.

Default Hard to find parts

I just wanted to thank Mark for helping me out of a jam . Rebuilding my spindle I broke my center grease fitting . Had no idea where to get a replacement . Did not like the short stubby ones they offer now as a replacement . If you are in need of hard to find parts look no further than Mark . He is a great machinist and a great guy . Thanks again Mark !

You can still buy those from CC, but Mark was probably able to make you a handful of them for what one of them costs from CC...

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
