im pretty sure that ISO standards didnt exist in the 60s, so is that another standard set by IH ?? yep ISO standards began around 1973... same as me - as in my birth year. I did read some interesting things about IH on wikipedia this weekend, and it is interesting reading. I should leave it at that.

Those are both from 1991 according to the first page of each document. IH didn't invent the sleeve hitch...that was used by many different manufacturers.
I saved the Cat-0 specs so that I can make sure the hitch I am building for my 582 meets the specs.
